DIRECTIONS FOR USE
For meal supplementation: 
Take 2 ½ scoops (25g) with 125ml of cold or lukewarm water and stir until dissolved before meal. 

For meal replacement: 
Take 5 scoops (50g) with 250ml of cold or lukewarm water and stir until dissolved before meal.

Caution: For Kids intake. Children younger than 4 years old should not consume this product. Children 4-8 years old can only consume if recommended by a doctor. Children over 9 years old can include this product as part of their meal plan when under the care of a licensed health practitioner or doctor.
